RANDY ROPER - A&R

     With over ten years of experience as a writer, editor, journalist, A&R and manager, Randy Roper is a name to know in urban media and music. Roper spent four years as Music Editor of Southern Hip-Hop publication OZONE Magazine, in addition to numerous contributions to websites and publications, such as Bossip.com and HipHopWired.com. Randy Roper built a reputation of a music and cultural critic that always gives an honest opinion unlike anyone else in the music business.

      As a music business executive, Roper served as A&R Manager with Atlanta-based music publishing and production company Est. 1985 Music Management & Repertoire. Roper played a key role in administrating the catalogs and daily operations for songwriters and producers such as producer the Honorable C.N.O.T.E. "(Migos "Freak No More,"), producers Mel & Mus (Justin Bieber "Runaway Love," Chris Brown f/ Aaliyah "Don't Think They Know") and singer-songwriter Priscilla Renea (Pitbull f/ Ke$ha "Timber," Rihanna "California King Bed"), while maintaining relationships with music publishing companies and record labels, such as Disney Music Publishing, Ultra Music, Universal Music Publishing, BMG Music Publishing, Artist Publishing Group, Atlantic Records and Motown Records.
